1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Figur app (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Figur is an AI-powered quote generation tool that integrates with monday.com. It enables users to run structured discovery flows, generate scope-aware pricing quotes using AI, and write results back to monday.com boards.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to monday.com account holders. By using the Service you represent that you have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. monday.com Integration

Figur operates as a monday.com marketplace app. Your use of Figur is also subject to monday.com's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. We access your monday.com account data only to the extent required by the app's features and the OAuth scopes you authorise.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into discovery flows and quotes generated by the Service.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls within the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Quotes generated by Figur include AI-adjusted pricing computed by OpenAI. These outputs are provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any quote before sharing it with clients. We make no warranty that AI-generated pricing is accurate, complete, or suitable for your business needs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Figur and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
