Select Your Board
During onboarding, you choose the monday.com board where your deals or projects live. Figur will read job types and write quote data back to this board.
Quick Setup (recommended)
The fastest way to get started is Quick Setup. Click Create Board Automatically and Figur will:
- Create a new public board called "Figur Deals" in your monday.com account
- Add all required Figur columns (Quote Total, Monthly Total, Quote Status, Services Included, Quoted At)
- Seed five sample items (Website Redesign, SEO Retainer, PPC Campaign, Content Package, Branding Project) so the board isn't empty
- Generate a sample quote so you can see realistic data immediately
Quick Setup also maps all columns automatically, so you skip the column-mapping step entirely and go straight to brand configuration.
Safe to click twice
Quick Setup is idempotent — if you've already provisioned a board it will reuse the existing one instead of creating a duplicate.
Choose an existing board
If you already have a board with deals or projects, expand "Or choose an existing board" below the Quick Setup card, then:
- Browse or search your available boards
- Select the board you want to connect
- Continue to column mapping
What you need
- At least one board in your monday.com account
- Permission to view and edit that board
Column mapping
Figur can create these columns for you if they don't exist:
- Figur Quote (link)
- Quote Total (One-Time)
- Monthly Total
- Quote Status
- Services Included
- Quoted At
You can map existing columns in the onboarding wizard instead of creating new ones.
No boards showing?
If the board list is empty or you see an error, check Troubleshooting.
