Welcome to Figur! This guide will help monday.com users get up and running with AI-powered quoting in just a few minutes.

Before You Start

Prerequisites:

• monday.com Pro plan or higher (required for marketplace apps)
• Admin permissions to install apps
• A board with deals/projects you want to quote for
• 5-10 minutes to complete setup

Step 1: Install Figur (2 minutes)

1. Go to monday.com Marketplace

   • Click the "Apps" button in your monday.com workspace
   • Search for "Figur" or browse the Productivity category

2. Install the App

   • Click "Install" on the Figur listing
   • Grant the requested permissions (boards, items, webhooks)
   • Wait for installation to complete

Step 2: Connect Your Board (1 minute)

1. Select Your Deal Board

   • Choose the board where your deals/projects are managed
   • Figur will show all available boards in your workspace

2. Map Your Columns

   • Map existing columns or let Figur create new ones:
     • Quote Total (one-time costs)
     • Monthly Total (recurring costs)
     • Quote Status
     • Services Included
     • Quoted At

Step 3: Configure Your Brand (2 minutes)

1. Upload Your Logo

   • Upload your company logo (PNG, SVG, or JPG)

2. Set Your Colors

   • Choose primary and secondary brand colors

3. Add Contact Info

4. Generate Quote

   • Click "Generate Quote"
   • Figur's AI analyzes your answers and creates pricing
   • Review and adjust if needed

5. Export to monday.com

   • Click "Finalize & Export"
   • Quote data automatically updates your board columns
